About Tim Adelmann
Tim Adelmann has an extensive background in the hardwood flooring industry. After receiving his BA degree from the University of Winnipeg, Tim gained experience working at hardwood flooring retailers such as Curtis Carpets and Bill Knight Flooring. Tim was the first person in Manitoba to be certified to do laminate hardwood flooring. After a number of years working for retailers, Tim decided that he wanted to start his own hardwood flooring business in Winnipeg, Manitoba and that he would run according to his values and ethical fundamentals. From that, Tim Adelmann Enterprises and later ‘Adelmann Flooring’ was born. Adelmann Flooring offers hardwood solutions in sanding and finishing, installing, and repairs with a focus on offering re-finishing and re-coating services.

– Tykote Certification by Basic Coatings – April 10, 2001
– Basic Pro School for hardwood flooring- October 2007
– Numerous other seminars on laminate, cork, pre-finished hardwood flooring including glue down, nail down, and click, with board replacement training in each. These seminars were put on by various manufacturers like Armstrong, Bruce, Kåhrs, etc.
